Seattle Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
I feel fortunate to have a private practice in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, which is an integration of Classical Five Element Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with bodywork and Zen Buddhism. I have worked with people from ages 10-80, and struggling with everything from injury rehabilitation to anxiety/depression to various chronic illnesses. I specialize in working with the mental-emotional-spiritual route causes as to why the body isn’t healing itself, and am honored to facilitate people’s unique journey of health and wellness.
When not working with patients, I can be found lecturing or teaching zen meditation and qigong at various venues around Seattle. The sages of thousands of years ago learned that we can achieve not only health and wellness, but true liberation from all suffering by living in harmony with our environment. This philosophy continues to guide both my professional and personal path.
