The basic schedule of fees for services is below. If you feel your individual financial situation may prevent you from getting the support you need, I urge you to give me a call, and let’s see what we can figure out together.

RATES:

with David:
Initial Consultation/Treatment – $300 (approx. 2 hours)

Hourly follow-up appointment – $150

​

with Katy:
60min Massage – $120 

90min Massage – $160

Health Coaching - price varies based on package

Payment Options:
We are currently accepting Cash, Check, as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.

INSURANCE:

Health Insurance: David is a preferred provider within the following networks: Regence/Uniform, Premera/Lifewise, and Aetna.*

Katy is out-of-network with the insurance companies but is able to provide a billing receipt for reimbursement.

*Note: As of January 1st, 2025, I will no longer be in-network with Premera/Lifewise and Aetna. I will be happy to provide billing receipts for those patients so they can request out-of-network reimbursement. 

​

Auto Insurance: We are both happy to bill auto-insurance companies for those looking to utilize their PIP coverage.
